Lions Core Mission Youth Development
Empower young leaders through education, Leo club mentorship, scholarships, and skill development programs.
Young people are not merely the future of our nation—they are the active leaders and change-makers of today. District 306 D9 sponsors dozens of vibrant Leo Clubs in schools, universities, and communities, instilling leadership, public speaking, teamwork, and civic duty.
Through higher education scholarship funds, Lions support bright university students from low-income families, ensuring financial hardship never impedes their academic potential. We host annual youth leadership camps, public speaking tournaments, and digital skill workshops.
We also nurture young social entrepreneurs through Leo service fellowships, equipping them with seed funding and mentorship to launch impactful environmental, educational, and community projects across Sri Lanka.
